At Lee M. Herman, Esquire, we understand the business needs of our clients as well as the substantive areas of law to be litigated. We recognize that a true partnership must exist between us and our clients. Excellence is the only acceptable standard for our practice of law. All staff undergoes regular training in both law and procedure to insure that each matter is handled in the most professional and efficient manner possible. Combining the best elements of a traditional law firm and a collection agency, we create standard routines and reporting practices in coordination with each client’s particular requirements. While our firm is able to handle a significant volume of files, our clients always receive the dedicated, personal attention that their business deserves. Ultimately, routine collection matters are most efficiently handled by a combination of lawyer and non-lawyer efforts. Our firm has encountered a wide range of situations and has developed a deep knowledge base to draw upon in successfully meeting any debtor strategy. While we continually strive to improve our technological competence (using computers and other technology to our clients' competitive advantage), this does not mean that our firm is a mill or collection factory. By limiting both the number of clients and volume of files to a comfortable level, our firm maintains high standards and personal review of all client matters. Moreover, our firm’s success has provided us the luxury to accept only clients whose business philosophy and ethical precepts are in line with our own. We choose to identify with our clients, and most often join them in their chosen charitable and civic endeavors. On more than one occasion we have declined continued representation of businesses whose work, while profitable, cause us discomfort. In essence, we seek to bring together highly trained professional and paralegal staff, technology and clients who share our world view. These are the ingredients of our successful practice. |
